Today in Taganrog there was an explosion, presumably from the fall of a converted anti-aircraft missile from the S-200 air defense system
Having studied all the available videos from Taganrog, we can conclude that the missile normally attacked the target, was not shot down by air defense and was not rejected by missile defense systems.
The missile fell in the area of the Art Museum of Taganrog and therefore it is possible to calculate the alleged targets against which the preliminary attack took place.
We can immediately say that, according to the experience of shelling Ukrainian cities with similar converted missiles, the accuracy of hitting the S-200 in the ground-to-ground variant is extremely low. Low but correctable on subsequent attacks.
Since no worthy missile strikes in the radius of its fall in Taganrog were identified, we conclude that the target of the attack is the Taganrog seaport located a little less than 2 km. from the site of the explosion.
A large number of photos and videos of the rocket fall in Taganrog posted on the Internet allow you to adjust the trajectory for the next launch of such rockets.

In order not to get confused in the data on Taganrog, only one rocket was fired, now the trajectory will be corrected and another rocket will be launched again.
Most likely, the missile attack on Taganrog is a response to attacks by Russian missiles and drones on the seaports of Ukraine — Nikolaev, Odessa and Ilyichevsk.
As for the work of the Russian air defense in this direction, or rather its absence.
All Russian air defense is now covering the Crimea and is involved in hostilities in Ukraine. What remains covers Moscow and other major cities in the region.
Air defense systems in the Russian army are simply not enough to cover all objects in potentially dangerous areas.
Reference — a missile from the S-200 air defense system contains 90 kg. explosive and about 37,000 projectiles in the form of balls
