The Russian Defense Ministry has announced the use of hypersonic missiles of the Dagger complex to destroy underground military personnel in western Ukraine.
There is no confirmation of this information from the Ukrainian side.
«On March 18, the Dagger aviation missile system with hypersonic aeroballistic missiles destroyed a large underground warehouse of missiles and aviation ammunition of Ukrainian troops in the village of Delyatyn, Ivano-Frankivsk region,» Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said on March 19.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not make any reports about the use of hypersonic weapons by the Russians, nor about the destruction of any military depots in Delyatyn.
There was not even an air alarm in Prykarpattia that night. It is possible that such a statement by a representative of the Russian Defense Ministry may be part of an information and psychological war.
